January Yard of the Month
The January Yard of the Month is 701 Willow Ridge Rd. This yard has perfectly shaped box hedges that complement the front of the home. The homes on either side of 701 are also maintained by this neighbor, which is a great example of being a good neighbor.
December Yard of the Month
The December Yard of the Month is 4858 Boulder Lake Ct. Since it is the end of the year we are going to give yard of the month to a back yard (We know, off script.) This neighbor has spent a lot of time and probably money on improving their backyard. We walk past this yard frequently and followed all the changes. The retaining wall is metal and made to resemble railroad ties replacing the old wall. The owner then filled in the space between the existing yard and the new retaining wall with sand and top soil, followed by a sprinkler system and lastly, new sod.
