Citizens on Patrol is a group of volunteers, your White Lake Hills neighbors, trained to patrol our neighborhood, observe, report and document suspicious activities. We patrol in order to help deter crime and keep WLH a safe neighborhood to live in.
Currently, White Lake Hills has 24 members who patrol in vehicles, on bikes, or while walking the neighborhood. We can use your help!
WLH C.O.P. Co-Captains are Bill Bowman & Kris Lewis, who live on Green River Trail.

PATROLLING IS DONE IN A NON-CONFRONTATIONAL MANNER! (No getting out of your car - no contact)
Meet Kris Lewis & Bill Bowman, WLH C.O.P. Co-Captains who live on Green River Trail.
The Citizens on Patrol Program has received nationwide recognition as an outstanding example of police and citizen cooperation and has been used as the basis for similar programs in other cities, states and countries. C.O.P. enhances the effectiveness of our police officers and makes a positive impact on Fort Worth's quality of life.
WLH needs more active observers - in the car, on bike, on foot - watching over our neighborhood. Please join - we would like to have you in the program.
The 2024 C.O.P. Training dates are the 2nd Saturday every other month.
