The purpose of bylaws is to provide us with a legally binding, internal rulebook that governs our operations, decision-making, and governance structure, ensuring smooth, consistent, and transparent management by defining roles, responsibilities, meeting protocols, and processes for key internal affairs like elections, voting, and director/officer duties. They serve as the organization's internal constitution, guiding behavior and preventing disputes, and are essential for legal compliance and efficient functioning.
